"Portland Native Who Knows Her Neighbors."
Dear Friends: Thank you so much for visiting my web page! I was born in Portland (Buck Lodge actually -- for those of you who really know the geography of Sumner County) and have lived in the area all of my life. This has given me the opportunity to meet many of the people who also live in the area. In addition, I have had the pleasure of meeting many of the newcomers who move into Portland on a daily basis. On a personal level, I have three sons, one daughter, and seven grandchildren. I attend the Fairfield United Methodist Church where I am the Church Treasurer (I get to pay the bills!) and sing in the choir. I also love to square dance, two-step and waltz (quite a combination, isn't it?) I also love being out on a boat fishing (so if you are looking for lakefront property, please call me as I know all the lakes!) Over the years I have worked as a bank teller and in retail. I once owned a fabric shop here in Portland. Real Estate, however, has always fascinated me, and I eventually sold my store, obtained a Tennessee and Kentucky Real Estate License, and went to work in real estate full time. If you are selling your home, I hope you will let me list it for you. I know a lot of people, and I actively keep track of who is looking for what kind of a home. If you are in the market to buy a home, I also hope you will call me. I make it a point to find out what people want, and need, in a home, and then I match those wants and needs with what is on the market. I never try to "push" a house on anybody. I can also help you get in touch with the right mortgage provider, and I'll help you through every step of the buying process. Please give me a call whenever I may be of any help to you! Sincerely, Betty Pearson
